The goal with this Ad campaign is to promote and increase these for Naperville running company. Our target market is runners anywhere from beginner to expert who wants great running shoes and a great experience throughout the shoe buying process. Demographically, our target market ranges due to the variety of shoes that Naperville Running company offers. The goal at Naperville Running company is to find the perfect shoe for everyone no matter the budget so specifications. Psychographically, our target market enjoys running. Whether they are casual runner or marathon runners, Naperville running company’s goal is to bring hardcore and casual runners into their stores. Geographically, our target market lives in the Chicagoland area specifically the southwest suburbs where both of Naperville Running Company stores are located. After viewing my ad campaign, our target market will know that Naperville Running Company is the best running store in the country and that they welcome everyone into their stores. Customers won't feel like they must be hardcore runners to shop at Naperville Running Company. Instead customers will feel invited in by their outstanding service and will come out of the store with the perfect running shoes for them. We want our target market to come to our two running stores and find their perfect running shoe today. We want our target market to think that Naperville Running company’s number one goal is to find every customer-whether you are a casual or hardcore runner- the perfect shoe. And that they do that through amazing customer service and expert salespeople. Their reward for coming into Naperville Running Company is world class customer service and the guarantee that you will walk away with the perfect pair of running shoes. Barriers to this action are the fact that when people see “running store” that they assume that they must be a hardcore runner to shop there. The most important thing that we need to say to accomplish our goals is emphasized that we put the customer first and that we will find the perfect pair of running shoes for casual and hardcore runners. Our claim is that we will find the perfect running shoe for everyone. Our message will be that our customer service is the best in the business and your experience at Naperville Running Company will be better than anywhere else. The tone of this message will be confident without being cocky. We will use the five elements of the ad to reel customers in with our headline, give them a bit more info with our body copy, create brand recognition with our logo/slogan, show that we sell quality items with in direct pricing, and draw in customers with our illustrations. Some strategies and guidelines that we used were even horizontal and uneven vertical ad layouts. We know that our competitors cannot offer the customer service and expertise that we can at Naperville Running Company. 3 initial ideas that were worth exploring we're changing the logo, making a Instagram post, and creating new merchandise. Changing the logo was a fit for the campaign because they already have a good logo but I wanted to change it up by incorporating the logo that was used for the twilight run with the logo that they already should make a seal that will be easily recognizable. Making in Instagram post is a fit because Instagram is one of Mr. Hartner’s preferred social media networks so it seemed reasonable to create a post promoting their marathon training clubs. Creating new merchandise was a fit because it encompasses the new logo along with their top brand new balance all onto one shirt so everyone who sees one of these short or sweatshirts will know the close relationship that Naperville Running Company and New Balance have together. 2 initial ideas that didn't work were changing the color palette and font style. Changing the color palette wasn't a fit with our campaign because we felt that it would confuse customers and we felt that the color palette wasn't in need of a change. Changing the font style wasn't a fit because we felt that the font style was easy to read and looked professional so we felt that changing this wasn't necessary.
